Currently If you want people to find your profile and follow you, you first have to contribute to the community and publish a short story which is then added to the feed and from there your profile can be discovered by the community.

You can effectively manage and explore your network of story connections on the platform by following others. To view a user's followers and the accounts they are following, you must first follow that user. Once you are following them, you will have access to their followers and following lists. If you are not following the user, you might see a count of zero for both followers and following.

Engagement: Following a user not only allows you to see their followers and who they follow, but also enables you to engage more fully with their content. In a future update, You'll see their posts in your feed, and you'll be able to interact with them more directly through comments and messages.

Updates: The followers and following lists are dynamic and can change frequently as users gain or lose followers and update the accounts they follow. Regularly check these lists if you need the most up-to-date information.
